The cats are apparenly settling in nicely, since they chose last night to run around the house and play. From 3am until 5am or so. I have to remind myself that this is a good sign.

We found the other telephones when unpacking, so we now have our cordless phones charging again. Soon I'll be able to pace the long hallway while talking on the phone.

I'm sad that Frites Alors! cooks their fries in beef tallow. The fry shop is otherwise about 4 blocks from my house, a perfect distance. I did ask the owner if he would consider solving the problem for me though, and he said he'd think about it. I think I'm not the only one to ask, and surprisingly enough, he knew the word "végétalien". We brought Simon over for pizza instead.
