If it turns out it's not a keeper, I can highly recommend my dentist and his hygienists (the one I have at least was trained in Montreal). He's very skilled and considerate of the patient...he even got out a textbook to explain something to me once when I asked about it. Doesn't have the interwebbity appointment stuff, just the traditional phone method, though.
