My dad's home, having had an angioplasty and three stints put in.

So we're all home now and recovering, and the prognosis is good all around.

hello jeff and co,

I am delighted to hear of your progress. soon you will be upto cooking curries again!!!

we went to the vks last week and isaacs sensei put on quite a show. Saf and I are considering going to a few months of the ki principles I do not think I have the time frame to make a commitment to the kiatsu program... who knows?

I am sorry to hear of your dad. Anyway the stents will clear up his arteries and he should be beginning to feel better. I found with saf that the greatest pain was psychological because a lot of men feel that they are invincible. I guess there is a lot of emotional pain when one realises that a very central part of one's body is at risk.

I hope that out of all of this you both will find a new path of communication and love.

as always I am rooting for you!!! love nargis

Jamu and I are having lots of problems with vista with my new computer!!!! Jamu is definitely not amused
