We're moving, yay!
Nov. 29th, 2006 12:49 amAngie and I are now actually getting ready to move and still haven't got subletters yet. If you're looking for a place in a wonderful part of the city, 1.5 blocks from Métro Mont-Royal, skylight, clawfoot bathtub then look here: http://www.raspberryginger.com/4680/
The place is suitable for a single, a couple, or two roommates who don't want anything shared aside from the kitchen. Available immediately! =)
Update: We're moving because we've bought a place, not because we don't like this one. We like the area so much that we decided to buy. =)

Date: 2006-11-30 08:15 am (UTC)Is it your wifi I hijacked for a couple of days when my dsl went down?
We used to pay only 700, but no front balcony.
Are those Ikea chairs in the kitchen?
Re: Nice area indeed ;-)
Date: 2006-11-30 02:58 pm (UTC)Are you still in Montréal?
Prices in this area vary wildly because of the rent control. If your place sat empty for any time at all, it's likely now at the same price.

Date: 2006-11-30 10:41 pm (UTC)Still in Mtl indeed, after one summer on Berri, I moved back to my old appt I had been subletting, on Bullion near Prince Arthur. I've been there since 1999, and the rent certainly reflects it!
