Date: 2007-12-21 01:06 am (UTC)1. Their system must be checking for a heightened stress level in your voice and promptly relaying you to the agent.
2. Automatic redirecting is done based on the fact that the system didn't understand you 3 times in a row.
3. Its a timing issue because you kept cutting off the recording mid-sentence. Try saying "agent" a little slower so it gets a chances to catch up after switching to "interpret mode."
