Congratulations! I hope the subjects get removed without any hitches... I'm really excited for both of you and am looking forward to seeing the place the next time I'm in Montreal!

Yeah. We're not expecting much. The only unknown at this point is the inspection. Because it's a two person place, there's no condo minutes to go over. We were preapproved for the mortgage.

Hmm. And we also have to find a sublet to finish out our lease. =)

Anyone want to move to Montréal? In December? =)
