Now begins the mad rush of inspections, reviewing minutes, finalising mortgage...

Yeah. We're not expecting much. The only unknown at this point is the inspection. Because it's a two person place, there's no condo minutes to go over. We were preapproved for the mortgage.

Hmm. And we also have to find a sublet to finish out our lease. =)

Anyone want to move to Montréal? In December? =)
